At high tide the water covers the whole beach area, so swimming may be prohibited. During this period, this place is only suitable for experienced surfboarders.

Access to this place is quite unusual, as you need to descend the stairs with hairpin turns, the so-called «100 Steps». During the high season, you can get there by free shuttle bus.
