Santa Caterina Ski Resort is a paradise for winter sports lovers, located at an altitude of 1730 m in northern Italy, that offers up to 35 km of pistes runs, 15 km of Nordic skiing trails, as well as 10 different types of lifts. Here you can ski even at night!
Santa Caterina Ski Resort is located above the small alpine village with the same name. It is also close to the Bormio and Cima Piazzi San Colombano resorts, with which it is connected by a free ski bus and shared ski pass. The latter provides access to additional slopes and promises new adventures!
At Santa Caterina, from the end of November to the end of April, you will find an alpine base with excellent snow quality, a variety of well-groomed medium-sized ski slopes, night skiing on a floodlit piste, as well as 6 small restaurants near the ski slopes.
There are mostly mid-level tracks, as well as a couple of difficult black ones. Ski schools and instructors are available for beginners and children. Ski rental is available at the Santa Caterina gondola base.
In summer, the ski slopes of resort Santa Caterina transform into green trails for hiking and mountain biking. There will also be simple trails in the countryside at an altitude of 1800 to 2800 m, because the high-altitude mountain peaks are the perfect holiday destination!
