Kronplatz Ski Resort (or Plan de Corones) is located in South Tyrol, northeastern Italy, and is part of the legendary ski region Dolomiti Superski, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

This popular winter resort with an excellent reputation is the ideal destination for winter sports enthusiasts. Here you will find amazing 360° panoramic views, ideal slopes of all difficulty levels, including five black slopes, one of the world's best lift infrastructure, a snowpark, two nature reserves of South Tyrol and a museum of alpinism MMM Corones at the summit of Kronplatz.

The ski area of Kronplatz is located at an altitude of approximately 973 to 2275 m above sea level, 119 km of ski slopes of various difficulty levels (21% of them are difficult, 35% — intermediate, 44% — easy), and long runs up to 10 km are available here. The resort has 32 ski lifts of various types.

The resort offers a wide selection of ski schools, ski instructors, and mountain guides in Plan de Corones, San Vigilio, and Valdaora. Ski equipment and snowboard rentals are available in several rental stations.

The nearest airports are Innsbruck Airport (129 km) and Venice Marco Polo International Airport (210 km). There are three train stations close to the ski area of Kronplatz, and one of them, the Percha Ried station, offers the most convenient access to the resort.
