Vai Beach is located on the east side of Crete Island, Greece. It is a well-maintained and very clean beach with soft golden sand and azure waters. It is surrounded by a unique forest of wild date palms, that creates incredible landscapes and is the undisputed highlight of the beach.

Vai Beach has paid sun loungers and parasols, and shaded areas under palm trees can also be found. Just adjacent to the beach has a restaurant with a terrace and an excellent selection of food. 

It is not that difficult to get there, as there is an asphalt road leading to the beach. There is also parking nearby. However, given the high popularity of the beach, it gets crowded during the season, even on weekdays.
