The Praia do Cabedelo is located on the west coast of Portugal, near Figueira da Foz. It is a long, sunny, and rather secluded sandy beach, washed by the waves of the Atlantic Ocean. Here you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the city. Surfers, as well as bodyboarding and kitesurfing enthusiasts, often come here to practice water sports. 

The local waters are not that warm, but quite calm thanks to the piers that limit the waves. The beach features showers, beach bars, lifeguards, convenient parking, and a surf school and surf rentals.
