Val Senales Glacier Ski Resort is located in the Val Senales, South Tyrol, Italy. This winter resort boasts a long ski season from early autumn to late spring, wonderful panoramic views, guaranteed snow on well-prepared ski slopes, a toboggan run, and the highest mountain hotel in Europe, the Glacier Hotel Grawand, located at an altitude of 3200 m.
The ski area of Val Senales Glacier is located at an altitude of approximately 2011 to 3212 m above sea level, 42 km of ski slopes of various difficulty levels (33% of them are difficult, 43% — intermediate, 24% — easy), and long runs up to 8 km are available here. The resort has 12 ski lifts of various types.
The high-quality ski- and snowboard lessons, including individual ski lessons, are available in Senales. You can also rent ski equipment and snowboard at the rental stations in Maso Corto and Senales.
The nearest airports are Milan Malpensa, Venice Marco Polo International Airport and Innsbruck Airport. From the airport, you can get to Val Senales Glacier Ski Resort by private transfer. The nearest town (as well as a train station) is Merano.
