Cala Macarella, Menorca

Cala Macarella is a soft white sand beach in the southwestern part of Menorca Island. It is set in a bay surrounded by cliffs and washed by clear blue Mediterranean waters.

The beach has a bar and restaurant, lifeguard services, public toilets, and two parking lots nearby. This is a truly pristine area, so here you will not find any umbrella, sun lounger, or water sports equipment rentals. You can only get to the beach on foot, as, in order to protect the environment, the car traffic is limited in this area.

Only a 5-minute walk along the path from Cala Macarella, and you will find its «twin» – a small beach Cala Macarelleta.
