Kaprun-Kitzsteinhorn Ski Resort, Austria

Kaprun-Kitzsteinhorn Ski Resort is located in the Zell am See-Kaprun holiday region, in the centre of Austria. This winter resort is set on the outskirts of Kaprun and is great for all winter sports enthusiasts.

This resort offers excellent skiing and snowboarding, first-class snow parks, freeride routes close to the lift, a beginner's area at the Lechnerberg, including a separate children's area.

The ski area of Kaprun-Kitzsteinhorn is located at an altitude of approximately 770 to 3029 m above sea level, 61 km of ski slopes of various difficulty levels (14% of them are difficult, 41% — intermediate, 45% — easy), and long runs up to 5 km are available here. The resort has 22 ski lifts of various types.

Ski instructors for individual ski lessons, as well as mountain guides, are available. You can rent ski and snowboarding equipment at the rental stations of Kaprun and Zell am See.
