Plage Notre Dame, Porquerolles

Plage Notre Dame is located on the northeast coast of Porquerolles Island, French Riviera. This sandy beach was recognized as the most beautiful beach in Europe in 2015. It is one of the largest beaches on the island, with a coastline of about 800 m. Plage Notre Dame with fine white sand and clear turquoise waters, surrounded by pine forests, is protected from the mistral and east winds.

The beach is quite secluded due to the difficulty of accessing it, the nearest village is 3.5 km away. To get to know this pearl of the island, you will have to overcome this route on foot or by bike. Near Port De Porquerolles there is a bicycle rental service. Also, there are no restaurants or shops nearby, you need to take everything that is necessary for a day of summer beach holidays with you.
