Playa El Bollullo is located near Puerto de la Cruz in a small bay in the northwestern part of Tenerife, Canary Islands, Spain. This place is quite unusual and rather isolated. The beach with extremely clear waters is surrounded by rocks, and its coast is covered with dark, almost black volcanic sand. There may be strong waves here. Playa El Bollullo stretches for about 200 m and usually is not crowded.

Here you can rent umbrellas, sun loungers, visit a beach chiringuito, as well as use public toilets.

There is a surf school located just north of the beach.
