This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. For guests arriving after 20:00, please note that a EUR 40 extra fee will apply. Guests are required to show a photo identification upon check-in. Parking is subject to availability upon arrival or needs to be reserved in advance. The damage deposit is due in cash upon arrival. If the name of the credit card holder/company is different from the name of the person physically present, then an identity document will be required for each occupant or a copy of cardholder's ID.
