Description
PI- Charming Principe Real are 2 self-catering apartments located in Lisbon that include free WiFi in all areas. Set in a quiet neighbourhood, it offers a terrace with view of the Tejo River.
Each air-conditioned apartment has a maximum capacity of 10 people and includes 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with bath, shower, hairdryer and free toiletries. One of the bathrooms is en suite. Featuring central heating, each apartment is equipped with a flat-screen TV, a double sofa bed and a dining area.
Guests can prepare their own meals using the fully equipped kitchen. Alternatively guests can visit the traditional Portuguese restaurants within 100 metres. At night, in the Bairro Alto neighbourhood 700 metres away guests can relax while enjoying a beverage at one of the many bars available.
The commercial area of Chiado and Rua Augusta are a 20-minute walk away. The Rossio Metro Station connecting guests to Sintra is 1.4 km away and the Rato Metro Station is 600 metres away. Lisbon International Airport is 8.6 km away from PI- Charming Principe Real.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform LV Premier Apartments P.Real- PI in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are currently in effect at this property. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Please note that for non-refundable rates a charge of the full cost and refundable deposit will be made to your credit card to confirm the reservation. Please note that the property cannot accept credit cards onsite. Payments on arrival must be done in cash. Please note that the deposit will be refunded at check-out or within 24 hours. Damages and/or excessive noise charges will be subtracted. Please let Preal know your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property. Late arrivals are available upon previous request and subject 45 EUR surcharge from 22:00 to 8:00. Please note that late check-out may be available upon previous request and at 50% daily rate charge.
