Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Subsequently the property will email your reservation confirmation featuring all useful information for your stay, including full address of the property and where to collect the keys to your apartment. Please note that none of the properties have a reception onsite. A security deposit of GBP 500 is required on the day of check-in. The Security Deposit will be pre-authorised on your credit or debit card and will be released on the day of check-out once the status of the apartment has been confirmed. For bookings made within 7 days before arrival, the property may ask for a security deposit of GBP 750. Kindly note the guest is liable for any damages made to the property by themselves during their stay, and will be charged for damages if necessary. Guests must be aged 25 or over and are required to provide a copy of their photo identification and payment card upon check-in, otherwise you may be refused entry. Luggage storage facility is not available before check-in and after check-out. Children can be accommodated but the maximum number of guests allowed should not be exceeded (not counting children between 0-3 years).
